収穫の2週間前より遮光幕で覆い直射日光を遮り栽培しました。収穫前に直射日光を遮ることにより渋味を抑えより旨味を引き出した色鮮やかなお茶に仕上がります。
煎茶のさわやかさと玉露の旨味を併せ持ち淹れ方により様々な味をお楽しみいただけます。

Two weeks prior to harvesting, the tea is covered with a shade curtain to protect it from direct sunlight. By shading the tea from direct sunlight before harvesting, the astringency is reduced and the flavor is brought out, resulting in a brightly colored tea.
The tea has both the freshness of sencha and the flavor of gyokuro, and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways depending on how it is brewed.
